Installation Guidelines:

  • For Tiled Finishes: You can tile directly onto the KomCem20 overlay board.
  • For Wood Panelling and Laminate: A minimum of 7 mm thick flexible, cement-based levelling screed is required.
  • Supporting Floor Surface: The KomWay20 overlay board cannot be laid directly onto joists; it must be installed on a supportive floor surface, such as plywood or floor-grade chipboard.
